Co-Founder & Principal
Jay Bisognano
Co-Founder & Principal
Jay Bisognano founded Stonington Capital with the goal to capitalize on opportunities in value-added investment, development, and management. In addition to this role, Jay serves as founder and partner of Torrington Properties, a real estate investment firm based in Boston.
Jay is currently the co-chair of the board of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Suffolk County, a nonprofit focused on providing safety, healing, and justice to children and their families impacted by abuse and exploitation.
Jay received a BS in Entrepreneurship from Quinnipiac University.

Earl Henry
Co-Founder & Principal
Earl Henry co-founded Stonington Capital with the goal of providing creative credit solutions for borrowers looking to finance real estate investment opportunities. He brings over 25 years of experience as a real estate investor and developer and is currently the CEO of Stonegate Properties.
Earl graduated from the University of Rhode Island and currently resides in Newton, MA.

Emily Walsh
Director of Loan Administration
Emily has been with Stonington for over 6 years, adeptly handling bookkeeping, investor coordination, and financial reporting. Concurrently she serves as Property Manager at Stonegate Properties, overseeing 100+ residential units, tenant relations, and record-keeping. Emily graduated from Boston University with a degree in Psychology.

Mike Brodigan
Senior Analyst
Mike joined Torrington Properties in June 2022 as Senior Analyst. Prior to joining, Mike worked at Arbor Realty Trust where he was responsible for underwriting debt transactions on multifamily properties nationwide. As Senior Analyst, Mike contributes to all new acquisitions, dispositions, capital markets, and asset management. Mike graduated from Providence College with a degree in Finance.
